Image Deconvolution and Restoration
Computational deconvolution uses advanced algorithms to improve image contrast and resolution by reducing out-of-focus blur and noise based on optical system modeling. This approach enhances signal clarity, supports more accurate quantification, and facilitates improved visualization and analysis of fluorescence microscopy datasets, including three-dimensional reconstructions.
