Description
The Imaging Facility is equipped with a Leica TCS STED CW SP8 super-resolution microscope. This confocal platform enables optical imaging beyond the diffraction limit in fixed or live samples, providing super-resolved optical sections deep within tissue and allowing visualization of dynamic cellular processes at the nanoscale. The system features a white-light laser for flexible excitation and a STED module with gated detection, achieving structural resolution of ~50–80 nm in dual-labeled fluorescent samples.
