Description

The Leica Visoria B features powerful LED illumination for brightfield imaging and a four-channel LED fluorescence light source (UV, blue, green, and red), enabling reliable multicolor fluorescence analysis.

The system is equipped with an encoded 5-position fluorescence axis, interchangeable filter cubes (DAPI, FITC, TRITC, and Cy5-compatible), and a full set of HI PLAN objectives (4x–100x oil), ensuring high optical performance and flexibility for a wide range of biological samples.

Additional contrast techniques include phase contrast, with optional configurations for darkfield, polarization, and DIC. The ergonomic ErgoStage with ceramic plate and precise XY control enhance user comfort and workflow efficiency.

Image acquisition is performed using the Flexacam i5 digital camera, delivering 4K live imaging (60 fps), up to 12 MP still images, and Full HD video recording. The camera can be operated via PC, HDMI monitor, or mobile devices, providing flexible and user-friendly documentation options.
