How this lab uses this technology
Two-photon microscopy enables fluorescence imaging of living biological samples with increased penetration depth and reduced photodamage, making it well suited for functional and structural studies in thick tissues. It supports applications such as live morphology visualization, calcium imaging, and electrophysiology-coupled measurements, in both in vitro and in vivo configurations
