Description
Laser illumination and sample's emission lights travel through a revolving Mask made of pinholes (e.g. Nipkow disk) to provide optical sectioning. Because the sample is simultaneously scanned by the multiple-points beam, acquisition can be performed very fast with cameras, e.g. EMCCD, CCD or CMOS.
