Description
Inverted microscope for live-cell and time-lapse experiments. Epifluorescence, phase contrast and DIC imaging. Filters: N2.1 (Ex. 515-560; Em. LP 590), I3 (Ex. 450-490; Em. LP 515), C/Y (Ex. 436/12 & 500/2; Em. 467/37 & 545/45), TRI (Ex. none; Em 457/22 & 530/20 & 628/28), B (Ex. 420/30), G (Ex. 495/15), R (570/20), Y5 (Ex. 620/60; Em. 700/75). High sensivity and high speed camera iXon3 885 (1004x1002 pixels, 8x8 pixel size, 14 bit @ 35, 27 & 13 MHz readout rate).
Additional Details
Motorized stage allows to mark and memorize multiple positions and to perform tile-scans.
It is also posible to acquire Z-stacks which can later be deconvoluted with Leica propietary software.
Equipped with two syringe pumbs (NewEra Pump Systems inc.) for experiments involving microfluidics and/or continuos flow (0.73 to 1699 uL/hr).
Adapters for multiwell plates, slides and glass-coverslips. POC-R2 (LaCon) and FCS2 cell cultivation systems(Chromaphor) allows temperature and pH regulation in cells cultured in coverslips and can be combined with the syringe pumbs for drug delivery.
Objetive heater for minimun Z-drift during experiments.
