Additional Details

Equipped with CO2 and temperature controled enviroment.
Motorized stage allows to mark and memorize multiple positions and to perform tile-scans.
It is also posible to acquire Z-stacks which can later be deconvoluted with Leica propietary software.
Equipped with two syringe pumbs (NewEra Pump Systems inc.) for experiments involving microfluidics and/or continuos flow (0.73 to 1699 uL/hr).
Adapters for multiwell plates, slides and glass-coverslips. POC-R2 (LaCon) and FCS2 cell cultivation systems(Chromaphor) allows temperature and pH regulation in cells cultured in coverslips and can be combined with the syringe pumbs for drug delivery.
Objetive heater for minimun Z-drift during experiments.
