Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope (CLSM) LEICA TCS SP5 fitted with nine excitation lines (405, 458, 476, 488, 496, 514, 543, 594 and 633 nm) from UV-Diode, Ar and HeNe lasers and AOTF (Acousto-Optical Tunable Filter) – AOBS (Acousto-Optical Beam Splitter) System.

Equiped with temperature and C02 controled enviroment for live-cell experiments.
Motorized stage allows to mark and memorize multiple positions and to perform tile-scans.
Posible to adquire simultaneusly fluorescence and transmited light. Up to 4 PMT (3 fluorescence + 1 DIC).
Suited for mulilabeling experiments, FRET and FRAT.
