The BD FACSDiscover S8 Cell Sorter is a next-generation spectral flow cytometer with real-time imaging capabilities. The system is equipped with five lasers (355, 405, 488, 561 and 640 nm), enabling high-dimensional multiparametric analysis and precise cell sorting. Its integrated imaging technology further enhances cell identification by providing morphological information at the single-cell level, expanding the facility’s capabilities for advanced cellular profiling.
