Description
Motorized inverted microscope equipped with high precision ITK stage and two cameras: a high-sensitivity monochrome DFC9000 GT and a color DFC 450C. It supports brightfield techniques (phase contrast, DIC, polarized light) and widefield imaging.
Two light sources: CoolLed p-E4000 and X-Cite 200DC. Special hardware for FURA (high speed filter wheel) and FRET probes (Gemini system), along with four filter cubes (DAPI, GFP, TXR, and Y5).
The system is also equipped with an Okolab Stage Top Chamber for live-cell imaging, with temperature and CO2 control.
This setup allows the use of a wide range of microscopic techniques.
