Leica DMI 6000 CS inverted microscope coupled to a confocal system, with Filter A (blue), Filter I3 (green) and Filter N21 (red).

-Laser lines: Argon; 458 nm, 476 nm, 488 nm, 496 nm, 514 nm. DPSS; 561nm. HeNe; 633nm. Pulsed Lasers; 405nm, 470nm, 640nm.

-Scanners: galvano/resonant
