Description
This is a multimodal SPIM/DSLM system that implements one- and two- photon fluorescence light-sheet microscopy with either Gaussian or Bessel beams.
The modalities available in our DSLM system are:
1. Gaussian Beams
• DSLM, one photon (DSLM-Gauss) • DSLM, two photon (2p-DSLM-Gauss)
2. Bessel Beams
• DSLM, one photon (DSLM-Bessel) • DSLM, two photon (2p-DSLM-Bessel)
The laser lines implemented are: 405nm,488nm, 532nm, 750-850 nm (pulsed), 1050 nm (pulsed)
