Equipment description
This is a multimodal workstation built on top of a commercial Nikon Confocal C1-Si. It is coupled to a MIRA 900F Ti:Sa fs laser source from Coherent , which is tunable from 750nm to 850nm that allows TPEF, SHG/PSHG and microsurgery. A Toptica photonics Femtofiber-ffs laser running at 1550nm is used for THG.
