Laser Lines: Laser Diode 405 nm (50 mW) ; White Light Laser (WLL) (470-670 nm)

Inverted Microscope Leica DMI8: Objectives: PL APO 10X/0.40 CS, PL FL 20X/0.40 CORR (6,9 mm), PLA APO 20X/0.75 IMM CORR CS2, PLA APO 40X/1.10 water inmersion, CORR CS2, PLA APO 40X/1.30 oil inmersion, CS2, PLA APO 63X/1.40 oil inmersion.

  • Environmental control for in-vivo imaging

Confocal Module: Filter free spectral detection system, AOBS beam splitter, 2 PMT and 2 HyD detectors for fluorescence or reflected light and 1 PMT detector for transmited light.  

Software: LAS X, LAS X 3D, LASX MIcrolab and Hygens Professional ( Deconvolution Software)
